After meeting with the music department chair last week, I now know that I will, without a doubt, finally graduate at the end of this semester. It's been 5 years, which really isn't that long considering I will graduate with a 130 credit Bachelor of Fine Arts and a minor, but man, it has seemed to take forever. Now I'm busy compiling my senior portfolio (I'm going to sneak a PW composition in there) and looking for post graduation jobs of any sort.

So, in just over 2 months I may suddenly have tons of free time on my hands. What a concept! I'll be looking for some cool new art or story ideas to compose for in May!

Congratulations, man! A degree is a difficult thing. I'm glad you earned it. I'm also glad that the light at the end of the tunnel isn't an oncoming train (I've had those before).
