Grey Horse Tavern and Inn, Come one, come all... Options

Gassy looks on the ground before him and sees a message in the dust. "The rats were here". Meanwhile, back in the dark corner of the room was Shitur. "Just had to have that extra blackberry ale", he thought as he choked down the new wave of stench that filled the air. "I should've gotten out of here when I had the chance. Oh well, at least it was fun watching Gassy fall into the cellar.". Shitur was thinking about removing the ladder for just such an occasion, but Gassy's drunken stupor took care of that joke.

[Pandra]

Pandra peeks inside the top of the door, her wings making barely a sound as she hovers upside down, then taking advantage of the distraction caused by the stinky purple goblin she zips through the upper edge of the door and up into the rafters.

*Catching up with the current action (almost ),
we see Burron looking down into the wine cellar after a fallen Gassy,
evil vapors seeping up. Dwilf's rugged character, weather beaten,
in brown and green, stands near the bar, drink within reach.
A pixie hides in the rafters above, just out of camera view . *



(Gassy) *Shaking head, sees "The Rats were here."
Gassy yells, "O.k.! What's going on! Rats can't spell! "
*looks around, mumbles, "And I can't read... damn it... !"
*looks up at Burron, "you should put in stairs!" *shakes fist.*

[Maxwell]

Knobe strides into the tavern with a worn sword on his back. He wears a giant smile across his face. His eyes are bright with excitement. Today is a new day, he thought to himself.

He watched a flicker of light dance up to the rafters. He heard something mumbling below him. Knobe approached the bar in an almost skip. The customers began to eye him. He asked the Bar Keep in a upbeat tone, "Kind Bar Keep may I bless this tavern with a song?" The Bar Keep glanced at the sword on Knobes back and opened his mouth to respond, but before he could a clatter came from below.

*As Gassy shouts, falls over, and staggers about, Shitur (Damn funny name! ) the assassin moves silently in the shadows of the cellar. His hands trace along the walls, his skill in stealth is great, only matched by his keen sense of detection. Shitur finds a secret passage in the cellar.*

*The secret passage slides open*

Shitur slides through the passageway unseen by Gassy, who has just released another enormous cloud of flatulence. "Glad to be out of there", he says to himself. "I wonder where this passage leads." The walls were cold and damp, and had obviously been there a while. "Perhaps this is where the rats are coming from." Looking to make a couple bucks he continues through the dark passageway, guided only by his hands. "This is a much better route than following that damn goblin."

*As action continues, the camera cuts to the Pixie Pandra
that has just slipped in to hide in the rafters above.
(I'll be GLAD to make any changes Pandra,
I'm guessing your pixie might have short hair maybe?
All of the characters I'm doing are best guesses,
open to any fixes or changes players would like.) *

Dang, got to write some stuff now.

As he got himself a nice mug of beer, he starts staring at all the people there. As he feels the odour, he quickly covers his face with his cape, mumbling something about gods of smell.

- *cought, cought*

Then, as the situations is getting clear, he stares at the moment in the window back from him, moving his mug to the mouth. He slowly starts to drink it, as he turns back, seeing something moving fast. Oh well, dunno what it is, but i'll show up anyway - he tought, making a gesture to order a beer.

(nice bikini there Josh =P, she's fine, we're just messing around right now)

Pandra rubs her hands together, noting that she's been unnoticed so far, for the most part. Then doing a little magicians flurish for a non-exisitance crowd she demonstrates how there is nothing up her sleeves, because she isn't wearing any sleeves. Then pulling her hands apart she pulls a minnow out of thin air. She makes a small bow and then drops the minnow, aiming it for the dwarf's mug.

*turning back around after closing the door to the cellar, he just barely catches the motion by the white-caped man for a tankard of beer, and brings one over quickly, before head ing into the backroom for a selection of herbs, which he then crushes, mixes with some water, releasing a strong, pleasant aroma. He takes the mixture back out and pours some on the ground around the door to the cellar, some more down into the cellar on top of the purple creature, and places the rest into a bowl on the counter.*

As the bartender went away doing his work, Algazar took his mug, and turned to other people there.
Hello there, fellow travelers - he said - My name is Algazar. You might thought something about me, but whatever you think, keep it for youself - he smiles - I've came all my way from Muffallos village, it's southwest from here. We tolerated everyone there, even that stinking piece of purple meat. We had temples for every kind of religion there, but... Someone blowed up on of the churches there. And all the flame war did start there.... - he looks at the floor for the moment, like he would think about it - And you ? Where did you come from ? - he drinks the beer in his mug.

(Gassy) *sees the door close* "Hey!" *shakes fist* "Well, I better work on standing up." *Attempts to stand-up, has not noticed the secret passage yet.*

some more down into the cellar on top of the purple creature, and places the rest into a bowl on the counter.*

(Gassy) >Splash!< "Aaaaa!!" *looks up, shakes fist* "I'd like that in a mug please!" *staggers, knocks into some barrels. Gives the wine barrel a stern look, wags his finger at the wine barrel,* "A Doppelganger! You don't fool me... I saw you move! Say... what smells so good...." *begins sniffing around around in the cellar.*

Pandra takes advantage of Algazar's glance down to drop a minnow into his mug, the wait's with hands clasped together gleefully as she hovers in the rafters.

*As the fish dropping continues above, Shitur (heh, heh) explores the secret passage. Unless his eyes provide additional vision in darkness, the passage is very dark*

<OOC:I did up the level of light in the scene, -just so you can see it better. The only 'real' light source I can think of would be coming from the hole/door to the cellar>





*the upstairs is somewhat loud, along with Gassy yelling, making it difficult to hear anything beyond the bars.*

"Damn, what are these bars doing here?". Despite the old age of the passage, the bars felt new. Someone was definately trying to keep people out, or keep something in. Shitur feels the bars looking for a lock or some other means of going beyond the bars.

(Gassy) *As Gassy is sniffing around, he hears what sounds like a question being
asked... "What?!" Gassy asks a rat, "Are you talking to me?!"
*Shakes fist at rat* "Yea, I thought so.." *staggers.*

watching over her minow beer prank.

(OOC: Well actuelly.>Dokyooda is more of a crafter dwarf..than a fighter, so he'd probley have a pick axe, or a smithing hammer on his belt. And he's probley the only beardless dwarf you'll ever know! Good story that is..but for later)

Dokyooda looks in his drunk with the fish in it...and shrugs it off continueing to drink, crunching on the head a bit.
