Latest Topic Replies - sucks when scrolling

imagine your a user of the website
imagine you see "Latest Topic Replies"
imagine you want to be "up to date" and read em

and now imagine that always when u want to click it it moves upwards
and that u clicked one link but missed another, and now u have to wait until it appears again

don't make moving controls(links) if it should not be the tast to hit them

I would also appreciate if "Latest Topic Replies" were not moving. What about using scrollbar instead of moving?

I think this is part of the board controls that Jerky is using.

However, I have a real nifty little feature on one of my websites that I wrote for up-to-date news on my main page that fades through each post. Remind me (or I'll remind myself most likely) and I'll show you it Jerky.

I'm sure it would not be very difficult to get it working with a board like this.
