Development team applications Options

I was wondering if it might be a good idea to lay out an application example somewhere on the site, I say this as I think there might be some reasonable talent out there that might be shy of applying as they are unsure of how to apply for a position.

To ensure you are getting the fullest amount of applicants for a position I believe it would be a good approach as seeing an expected layout builds confidance in such areas, don't forget there may well be mebers that might never have filled an application out like this before so with an example they can at least make the most of a chance they have.

I think it's a bit out of scope for this project to give help on writing applications :)

Let's first see what we got from those that have applied already, then get the community updated, and then we can see what which skills we are lacking and how we are going to get them.

Of course, applications are good, and Im sure we will ask for more. Also for me at least I like to talk to the person, which for me is either some sort of IM, or preferably IRC.

Many of the leaders including myself idle and chat on our chat room, so you never know who you might get to know if you go there. ;)
