Please format your thread title accordingly.
Prefixing it will help us sort through this forum. Name your threads will and avoid things like "help help help omg!!". Please place this prefixes on the name of you thread so we can stay organized:
[bug] - will help us know what is going in
[solved] - when it has been solved
[help] - means you are looking for help
[fix] - means you are supplying a fix for something
[question] - means you have a question
Also, please describe how you produced the occurrance. Tell us what we need to do to duplicate the problem. Provide screenshots if possible.
